As a business owner, leadership coach, and strategic advisor, I’ve spent over seven years running a successful general contracting company while coaching business leaders through the challenges of scaling, hiring, and succession planning.

 

But before launching my own businesses, I held multiple corporate leadership roles, managing teams, developing strategic growth plans, and building scalable business systems. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of how to transition a business from founder-dependent chaos to a thriving, independent organization.

 

With a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and advanced coaching certifications, I blend real-world entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, and data-backed coaching to help business owners go from stuck to scaling with confidence.
